Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping Policy

Since our orders are made at the time you place your order, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude certain holidays. Please allow additional time for shipment. We cannot guarantee shipping times, but we do our best to send you tracking information once your order is in process. 

The following shipping policies apply for all purchases made on this website. The risk of loss and title to the goods pass to you at the time the goods pass to the carrier. For returns, we do not take title until the items arrive at our location. 

Return Policy

We will do our best to stand by our products so if there is an issue with your order please do not hesitate to reach out. Unfortunately, since our products are uniquely made for your order we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective. Upon receiving your order you will have 14 days to contact us about any damaged or defective items.

Damaged or defective items must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All customers are responsible for return shipping. 

To start a damaged or defective return, you can contact us at support@redcappedbrand.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
